Great article and I have to agree with your opinion on how news is reported now.

Before if a big story broke I would find a news channel and then buy a paper. Now I take to Twitter, for the up to date, almost live news. Yes I know it comes with personal opinion and bias but, if you keep that in mind there is no where better.

Twitter in all honesty is where I find out about the majority of breaking news stories. Thinking back though I believe news outlets know this as I can’t remember the last time a program was stopped for a breaking news story.
