Thanks for the brilliant advice. I have found that this year my reading is the activity that has suffered. I now make a conscious effort to finish my day reading fiction. Not only have I started reading again but it clears my mind ready for sleep.

I am also a paper and pen planner like you. There is nothing better than checking off the list. I prefer the scribble through method rather than a tick.
