When I read this I have the eureka moment when I realise this is what I am doing.

At present my main source of income is Medium that takes up 60% of my time. The other project I am working on is growing my mentoring program on Patreon. It is 30% at the moment, but I am hopeful it will move to first spot soon.

It is the awful 10% admin that brings no one any joy. Thanks for the article, as always, very thought provoking.
